Do you offer in-class sessions?

No, our courses are designed to function completely online, we do however offer extensive online assistance to all our students. Our students are welcome to ask us anything they wish, from clarifying questions or topics to assistance with any other area of difficulty. We will always do everything in our power to try to help.

How do I know if PharmaEpass is right for me?

Watch our product tour videos for an overall description of our products including all the features. Our products are ideal for students that are looking to streamline their preparation journey and do not want to waste time studying irrelevant material.

Absolutely, subscribers will be the first to know about announcements and updates.

Yes, we have students from around the world.

Do I get access to the material as soon as I register?

Yes, you’ll get immediate access to all the content available in the course you signed up for immediately upon signing up.

Can I log in from my Smartphone or iPad?

Yes, our platform supports IOS and Android devices. Our platform is compatible with these devices so there is no need to download an app!

Do I get a receipt for my subscription?

Once a purchase is completed, an automatic email is sent with details of your subscription. Please check your spam folder before contacting customer service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for all subscriptions processed through our payment gateway.

Content

How many times can I view my material?

Content can be learned as many times as you wish during an active account. Account sharing is strictly prohibited, please see our terms and conditions. Logins are monitored and various IP address logins flag our system, PharmaEpass reserves the right to cancel a subscription if unauthorized use is suspected.

When does my subscription start and end?

Subscriptions start immediately upon completing the sign up and payment process for an account. Accounts end 6 months (180 days) from the date of purchase, your subscription end date will be listed under the account tab in your dashboard.

How can I extend my access?

If you choose to extend your extension because you delayed your exam please email us at support@pharmaepass.com

Can print or download the content?

Our course content is NOT printable. Printing, saving, copying, screenshotting or transmitted any of PharmaEpass material is strictly prohibited. Attempts to use system commands or third-party utilities to capture/print/save/copy our content is considered copyright infringement and breach of Terms and Conditions. We monitor all user activity diligently, and repeated attempts to circumvent this may lead to account suspension, termination without refund, and/or legal action. All of our subscriptions are available for online use only. Any print copies or offline copies of PharmaEpass products are unauthorized reproductions and are considered illegal.

What should I do if I am having technical issues making a purchase?

When registering, please ensure you are entering the billing information correctly. Incorrect information will result in failure to sign up. If you have entered all your information correctly and still are unable to register, please contact us support@pharmaepass.com so that we can help you sign up.

How can I log in if I forgot my username?

Your username is the email you used to sign up for the course. Please double check you are typing your email correctly.

If you are still unable to sign in, there may have been a typo in the email you used to sign up. We ask all students to verify their email once logged onto the platform to ensure the correct email has been entered.

How do I report an error I found in a question, explanation or note?

Although we have worked hard and continuously edit our content, mistakes may appear due to the rapidly evolving field of pharmacy. If you find an error, please email us indicating what you believe is incorrect along with a reference if applicable and we will review it immediately as our commitment is to keep our content up to date!

What are the minimum system requirements?

Our programs require an internet connection. High speed connections are recommended. Our programs are optimized for use with google chrome web browser. It is compatible with most other web browsers – ensure both cookies and pop-ups are enabled.
